Then learn how to use these evergreens in food, medicine and skin care.  Yes, they are all edible and medicinal and you will learn what to look for when harvesting. We’ll make and taste-test several snacks while enjoying some pine tea.  And together we’ll make lip balm and bath salts and you’ll take samples home. Maybe someone on your gift list will enjoy a present you learned to make yourself straight from the forest.

The Scranton Brewery Guild will walk participants step-by-step through the brewing process, ingredients and some of the tips of the trade. For beginners to advanced brewers.
