#123- Yoga for Fifty Plus
Eileen Harte M.S., CCC/SL 

Cost: $30 per session            Location: Everything Natural

Session 1: Wednesdays, 5:30 – 7:15 PM Sept 5, 12, 19,  26

Session 2 : Thursdays, 9:30 – 11:15 AM  Sept. 6, 13, 20 ,27

Supported restorative, as well as active poses will be introduced using props such as chairs, walls, blankets, bolsters, belts and blocks to ease the body into comfortable and releasing positions.  Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation exercises will be explored. These classes will be geared for those that think they may not be able to keep up with the pace of younger/experienced students, but would like to explore the potential benefits of a yoga practice in a non competitive atmosphere.  Feel your strength, balance and flexibility improve over time with consistent practice. It is never too late in life to start a practice of yoga! These classes may also be fulfilling for individuals who have practiced yoga, but want to experience creative use of props and individualized adjustments of the body.

#124- Introduction to the Game of Tennis
Birchwood Tennis & Fitness Club

Intro to the game of tennis for those who want to learn the game or want a beginning review of the stroke and rules of tennis. The class will be taught by certified professionals. Students must provide their own rackets.

#126- Pelvic Pain: Understanding the Pelvic Floor
Megan McClary, DPT

Date: 2 Wednesdays, October 10 , November 7       Time: 6 PM Cost: $15

This class, designed for women,  will provide an explanation of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain disorders, overactive bladder dysfunction. Instructor will be open to questions and discussion in a small group setting.

#127- Natural Approaches to Pain Management

We will discuss non-pharmacological remedies to manage pain, review treatments such as herbal medicine, supplements, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and other non-invasive methods.
