She’ll walk through the steps of mixing the dough, shaping the bagels, boiling the bagels and baking them. You’ll get a chance to sample them and see why there’s nothing better than a homemade bagel baked in your own home!

Join health writer, nutrition coach, & ACSM Personal Trainer Victoria Frosini as she prepares a healthy diabetic friendly meal of salmon with spring vegetables & a basil mint pesto.

Victoria Frosini is a health writer, nutrition coach, and ACSM certified personal trainer with a deep focus in nutrition for longevity and exercise for health improvement.  She earned her Master’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Marywood University where she conducted extensive research in weight loss, social support and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Victoria created WeCollabnutrition.com, a health & wellness website and blog, as a community to empower and educate clients to achieve balance through self-discovery of their individual needs. WeCollab was created to help individuals realize that wellness involves a synergistic and collaborative approach.

Victoria believes real health is achieved through nourishing the body with whole foods, finding joy in movement and mindfulness, self-care as self- respect, and becoming a member of a positive personal and professional network.
