#112 Homemade Cavatelli

Chef Paula Lamberton  will demonstrate making this easy & versatile homemade pasta. This short pasta looks a bit like shells with a hollow that captures sauce for optimum flavor. She will also share recipes for two sauces that are perfect matches to this light pasta.
