If you wish to register and do not wish to use your credit card, you must fill in the Snail Mail Registration Form and mail it in with a check or drop off the form and check to The Gathering Place. You will not be registered for a class until payment is received.

Hosted by Nabil & Tracey Khalife, this cooking demonstration includes the preparation & stuffing of Middle Eastern Grape leaves in the Palestinian style. It will be accompanied by stuffed squash, stuffed tomatoes & a Fatoush Salad. Certainly, a meal & a tradition to learn & share!

Bring your appetite, because it’s never just bagels when Lakshmi Mizin is in the kitchen! Learn to make a traditional NY style bagel as well as a lighter Polish Bialys. Then enjoy each right out of a hot oven to compare. One served with homemade vegetable cream cheese & salmon, the other seasoned with onion & poppy seeds.
