    Literacy Group

The Literacy Group at our local community center is a welcoming space for thoughtful readers who want to go deeper, not faster. Rather than covering multiple materials, the group centers on a single reading and explores it together through guided discussion.

Each session invites participants to slow down, ask questions, and share perspectives. Members examine themes, language, context, and personal connections to the text, creating a rich, collaborative learning experience. There’s no pressure to have the “right” answer, just an open invitation to think critically and listen generously.
