Chef - Erica Bailey
Hi. My name is Erica. I have been working in the food service industry since I was 14 years old. Serving, bartending, short order cook, catering, management and 7 years ago I started my own business as a personal chef. My passion for good food inspires me to create menus for my clients as well as my weekly meal club. In addition to cooking for clients, I love creating beautiful meals for my family and friends. Sitting around a table and enjoying good food with the ones I love is one of my greatest joys in life.
I am so excited to combine my love of cooking and children in this fun, interactive class.
I have two kids, my son Jude is 12 and daughter Claire is 10. They have been playing with me in the kitchen their whole lives, just as I learned cooking with my own mother as a kid.
During this class, we will focus on locally grown summer produce to create beautiful, nutritious, delicious eats. I hope to pass along my joy and passion and inspire the kids to go home and play in their kitchens!
