The Gathering Place is pleased to present American Impressionism, Two Generations, a special exhibition featuring the work of mother and daughter artists, Charlotte Dickinson and Terry Proctor. 

Spanning two generations, this exhibition celebrates a shared love of painting and a deep appreciation for the beauty of everyday life. Through luminous landscapes, expressive florals, and intimate still lifes, both artists draw inspiration from the American Impressionism tradition, capturing fleeting light, rich color, and the quiet poetry of familiar objects.

While each artist brings her own unique perspective and style, together their work reflects the enduring connection bewteen family, creativity, and artistic legacy.
